ABOUT THE CLASS: Groundworks is our full body, low impact strength training workout. We focus on squat and lunge variations, hip hinges, pressing and rowing patterns, using various planes of motion. Expect extra care on form through low impact and intentional movements.
EQUIPMENT: we typically use a set of light weights, a set medium weights, and a butt band. A yoga mat and wireless headphones are recommended as well.
