Personally, the fall feels like a fresh start to build new routines and set some goals. No matter how you choose to move, I think we can all agree we want to be having the most fun while we're doing it!
That's why Block 1 (our first 3 weeks) of training is designed to build a solid and sustainable
base so for all the ways we like to play this winter.
I'm talking endurance training,
which means high reps, lightish
weight, full body workouts
with some extra love
along the way!
